Besakih
Over a thousand years old Besakih is known as the ‘Mother Temple of Bali’, Pura Besakih is the biggest and holiest temple in Bali and is perched nearly 1,000m up the side of Gunung Agung. Besakih is the biggest and holiest of all the Balinese temples. Bali’s mother temple stands against a stupendous mountain backdrop on the southeastern slopes of Mount Agung.
Goalawah
Goa Lawah is a cave in which the walls vibrate with thousands of bats, the Bat Cave name comes from the fact that this well-built blessed complex rises right facing a cave where factually thousands of bats hang serenely from its walls, slumbering until the time comes to take off in fight, normally at night, to go look for good.
